Sally McMillian

Sally McMillian serves as Vice President of Property Management for G2 Multifamily Property Management. In this role, she coordinates projects, leads management teams, oversees administrative responsibilities, and conducts site visits throughout the Middle Georgia market within the G2 Multifamily Property Management portfolio.

Sally is serving her fourth term as a Board Member of the Middle Georgia Apartment Association, demonstrating her continued commitment to the multifamily housing industry and professional leadership. Her dedication and hard work were recognized in 2018 when she was named Manager of the Year while serving as a Senior Manager with G2 Multifamily Property Management. In 2019, she was promoted to Executive Assistant and Area Manager, assumed the Area Manager role in 2020, and advanced to Vice President of Property Management in 2021.

Before beginning her career in multifamily property management, Sally gained several years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry and hospital housekeeping operations. She graduated from college in 2007 and earned recognition through the National Technical Honor Society. Her educational background includes studies in Business Administration, Accounting, Supervisory Management Development, Computer Literacy, Computer Programming, and Systems Analysis. In the fall of 2023, she further advanced her professional credentials by earning her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation through the National Apartment Association.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Sally enjoys fishing, traveling to interesting destinations, attending sporting events, watching movies, and, most importantly, spending quality time with her five grandchildren.

Sally’s career reflects a strong commitment to leadership, professional development, and excellence in multifamily property management.
