Craig serves as the CFO for G2 Multifamily Property Management and has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and multifamily industry. Craig is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and provides invaluable experience related to numerous accounting and property management operations.
Prior to joining G2 Multifamily, Craig worked as the CFO of one of the nation’s largest private developers of luxury apartments where he was responsible for financial analysis and approval of multifamily development projects, construction and permanent financing, insurance and risk management, accounting and financial reporting, property dispositions, and human resources.
Craig has been involved in overseeing the accounting and financial reporting of over 26,000 multi-family units and office properties throughout the southeast. Craig has obtained construction financing for over 10,000 apartment units totaling over $750 million, secured permanent financing totaling more than $500 million, and raised over $250 million dollars of investor equity financing for multifamily projects.
As CFO, Craig is responsible for managing and supporting critical accounting functions for G2 Multifamily which include financial reporting, budgeting, risk management, property tax negotiations, and cash management. Additionally, Craig partners with functional groups (Property Management, Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, etc.) to develop strategic solutions and ensure G2 Multifamily products and services and other business needs are aligned.
Sally McMillian –Vice President Of Property Management | CAM
Sally McMillian is the Vice President of Management | CAM for G2 Multifamily Property Management. Sally coordinates projects, leads and trains on site manager’s and performs administration and recruiting tasks as well as travel to sites within the G2MPM portfolio.
Sally earned the prestegious Certified Apartment Manager creadential in 2023, served as a Board Member for the Middle Georga Apartment Association for six years and was nominated and selected for the Secretary/Treasurer.
Sally was awarded Property Manager of the year in 2018 as a Senior Manager with G2 Multifamily Property Managment and was been promoted to an Executive Assistant and Area Manager in 2019 and eventually promoted to her current position as the Vice President of Property Managment.
Prior to beginning her career in Multifamily Property Management, Sally obtained several years of leadership skills within the hospitality field and hospital housekeeping systems. Sally graduated college in 2007 earning her spot in the National Technical Honor Society. She studied Business Administration, Accounting and Supervisory Management Development and previously earned a degree in Computer Literacy and studied Computer Programming and Systems Analysis.
For family time and fun, Sally enjoys fishing and spending time with her grandchildren, attending sporting events, watching movies and traveling.
Mitchell Grantham -- Vice President Of Asset Management
Mitchell assumes the role of Vice President of Asset Management at G2 Multifamily Property Management, bringing expertise in leasing, facility management, cost estimating, and construction. He graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.
Before joining G2 Multifamily, Mitchell worked as a Facilities Project Manager and Construction & Estimating Project Manager, where he directed repair, maintenance, and renovation projects for a nationwide consumer lender with 900 store locations.
Mitchell enjoys spending time with his wife Rhianna and their two dogs, Sookie and Winston.
